I can’t believe how time goes by…yes i know i say this eveytime - but WoW! I can’t keep track anymore!

Some news on the block - the family (well, my side of it in anycase) have all relocated to Bahrain, i believe its very cold over there at the moment (hehehehe have some desert I say!)… I don’t think its hit home yet that they are all there - I’ve been extremelybusy with the new job: I barely have time for anything nowdays.

Erica is in the coutry which is exciting - we’ll see her on Friday and then Sunday I’llbe seeing Robyn & Mark with [now famous] Keira - so watch this spce after the weekend for some pics!

Ok, well, let me get going -i have a looooong week ahead still!

Long Time!

Monday, November 20th, 2006

So its been a looooooooooooooooooong time since ive had a chance to write something…. a lot has happend in the meantime: Robyn and Mark’s baby girl Keira was born on 31 October: and is she cute! i will upload some pics so whatch this space! Ian has already uploaded some pics from Milly and Justin’s wedding that happened on 21 October - congrats to them once again!

Well everything is very fast paced at the moment with Christmas approaching and everything closing - work is mad to make sure everything is on track! Ian and I will be going down to DeKelders for the break, to spend some time with my family before they all depart to Bahrain on 4 January, I am looking forward to the break but in the same sense quite sad with what has to follow.

Thanx to all the calls I got while in hospital! My Mom, sister, Bert and Rita also came through to see me which was very nice…. and i got flowers from Ian, my mom and Greatstock which is always nice while i got a massage voucher from Milly -spoilt rotten i say! Im just glad the worst is over, now if i can just get through the next 4 weeks without tearing anything or hurting myself i will be home free! at least i NEVER have to do this again!!! One thing i have to say though is that if i ever need to, i will go back to Fourways Hospital: they were very good and the sisters ad nurses are extremely helpful, it was, all things considered, quite a pleasant experience!

anyhow, i am drifting off to bed - tomorrow is another loooooong day and i dont cope to well without my 8 hours beauty sleep! stay in touch….. jud xxx

Long time, no surprise.

Wow, lots to write about. Let me start with Judiet having to go into hospital on monday evening for an appendectomy. At about 8:30pm she complained that her stomach was getting worse (she had a bladder infection the week before), so I dragged her to the hospital where they concluded it could be 1 of 3 things. Her appendix, ovarian cysts, or an ectopic pregnancy. After drawing blood, they called a surgeon down to look at her appendix. He poked around and concluded that with about 90% confidence it was her appendix, and 10% that it was an ovarian cyst. Either way they would need to operate on the same area. She went in at about 10:30pm and was out by 11:30pm with everything going well. It was her appendix so it was removed. She spent 3 days in hospital on antibiotics and is now recovering at home. Still another week until she can go back to work.

I got a new laptop. An HP NC8430. Its cool. Intel Core 2 Duo centrino thing. 256Meg graphics card, gig-o-ram etc. Its nice, still getting it all setup but so far so good.

There is lots more, just cant think of it now :\ Ill post more when I think of it.

Piece…

Finally here!

Wednesday, October 18th, 2006

Hello! Finally I get a chance to make a post! Since the wedding things have been absolutely mad - work is crazy busy.

The wedding was everything I could dream of and more, just such a pity it was over so quickly! Ian was the perfect groom, he looked so handsome in his suit - I’m sure evryone that was there will agree!

My dad made the most touching speach with the poem he wrote me, once i get it from my mom’s machine i will post it..

Everyone went through so much effort, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came; the wonderful parents that made it all happen and everyone involved in the planning (especially Leigh-Ann and Rosie); people that came from far: Daddy, Nev, Linda and Charles as well as all our friends and amily from Joburg and Pretoria and Warmbad.

Well as I said, things are back to its normal fast pace, so unfortunately I have to hit my pile of work!

Cheers for now!
